Welcome to BML Trophies & Awards, LLC. By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. Please review them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

Products and Services

We specialize in fully custom-designed awards including trophies, plaques, medals, and engraved items. Customers may submit their own designs or select from previous layouts. All products are made-to-order and tailored to customer specifications.

Ordering and Payment

ustomers will receive an invoice via email with a secure link to complete payment. We accept the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer via QuickBooks

  • Credit Cards (A 3% processing fee applies)

Payment Terms:

  • Some orders may require a partial deposit

  • Final payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing

Late Payment Policy:
Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance, added monthly until the balance is paid in full. Failure to pay may result in a suspension of future order fulfillment or collections action.

Turnaround and Production Times

Production timelines vary by product:

  • Single Point Trophies: Less than 1 week

  • Medallions: 2–4 business days

  • PVC/Acrylic Awards: Typically 2–3 weeks

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Discounts do not apply to rush processing.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally using UPS and USPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier. BML Trophies & Awards is not responsible for delays once an item has been shipped.

Local delivery may be available. Please inquire during the ordering process.

Cancellations and Returns

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us at Sales@bmltrophies.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We may issue a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Artwork and Logos

Customers are responsible for providing logos, artwork, and design files. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have full rights to use all content.

BML Trophies & Awards, LLC reserves the right to refuse any content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks.

Use of Finished Products

We may display photos of completed awards on our website or social media platforms as part of our portfolio. If you prefer not to have your order showcased, please notify us in writing before production begins.

Limitation of Liability

BML Trophies & Awards, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the item.

Website Use

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations. Any misuse of our site or content may result in legal action.

All product designs, renderings, layouts, and digital mockups created by BML Trophies & Awards, LLC remain our exclusive intellectual property, even if based on customer input or branding. These designs may not be reproduced, resold, or used for production by any third party without written permission.

By placing an order, you agree not to copy, reuse, or distribute any part of our custom designs without our consent.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date noted above. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
