What is "Coroplast" material?

Coroplast is a lightweight, durable corrugated plastic material made from polypropylene. It is weather-resistant, waterproof, and ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. A common example of Coroplast is the material used for political campaign signs, real estate signs, and business yard signs, making it a cost-effective choice for temporary displays and custom awards.

Most orders ship within 5–10 business days after you approve your proof. Got a tight race date? Tell us when you request your quote, and we’ll do our best to hit it.

Absolutely — that’s the whole idea! We print your logo, sponsor logos, event name, and place in full color. Just send your artwork when you request pricing.

Sizes run from 18″ × 8.5″ up to 47.5″ × 22.3″ — see the full list above. Most tracks order one of our two popular 1st / 2nd / 3rd sets: the State Qualifier set (26″ / 24″ / 22″) or the Gold Cup set (36″ / 28″ / 23.75″). Custom sizes are available on request. We can also do a matching 5″ Medallion too for Balance Bikes.

They’re printed on rigid 4mm corrugated plastic (Coroplast) with UV ink. They’re lightweight, weatherproof, and safe for indoor or outdoor tracks.

 

Yes — that’s part of the fun! Each check has a “Pay To The Order Of” line, so the winner writes their own name on it and makes the award theirs.

Checks are normally printed for a specific race, with the event name on them. If you have extras left over, you can order decals to place over the race line so you can hand them out at your next event instead of letting them go to waste!

Not at all. Tracks use them for Gold Cup, State Qualifiers, Holeshot awards, and Pro-Am purses. If you’ve got an event that involves money, an oversized check works.
